About the Role

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing dynamic digital marketing strategies across various platforms. Your focus will be on planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to achieve the marketing goals of our diverse clients and stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Google Ads, SEO, social media advertising, and content creation.

What You Will Do:

• Google Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns aligned with client and stakeholder objectives, ensuring maximum ROI.

• Social Media Management: Develop and execute engaging content and paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), as well as TikTok and LinkedIn, to drive brand awareness and engagement.

• Website Performance Analysis: Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Utilize insights to monitor and improve website performance, addressing issues that affect search visibility and enhancing overall marketing strategies.

• Landing Page Creation & Management: Build, maintain, and optimize high-converting landing pages using WordPress and Wix, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine rankings for stakeholder websites, driving organic traffic and optimizing Google Business Profiles.

• Email Marketing: Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including promotions, product launches, newsletters, drip campaigns, and event announcements, tailored to engage and convert audiences.

• Conducting Digital Marketing Research: Perform competitor and content analysis using analytics data, collating findings and recommendations for presentation or reporting.

Requirements

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.


  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and WordPress.


  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.


  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and techniques to drive organic search success.


  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines.


  • Creative thinker with a strong work ethic and a passion for digital marketing.

  • Familiarity with additional digital marketing tools and platforms.


  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to follow processes and maintain focus on all aspects of execution to ensure high-quality outcomes.


  • Experience working in a similar role; experience with Australian clients is a plus.


  • Willingness to work during Melbourne, Australia, hours from 9 AM to 6 PM (6:00 AM to 3 PM Philippine time).
